Rates

All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars:

Kahikatea (Te Rangi)

$375 per night for two people; $35 per night for each additional person

Weekly rate $2400

Holiday Periods and High Season: Two nights minimum

Off season: Discounted rates from May through October.

Please inquire about Weekend and Special Occasion packages.

Te Rangi sleeps up to five.

Payment deposit for first night required by cheque or credit card.

Cancellations
Non Holiday periods: Seven days or more prior to scheduled arrival will receive full refund of deposit. Cancellations from two to seven days of scheduled arrival will receive 50% refund of deposit.
Holiday periods: two weeks or more prior to scheduled arrival will receive full refund of deposit. Cancellations from two days to two weeks of scheduled arrival will forfeit one night's deposit. (Please inquire to determine holiday periods.)
